Our staff
Heartly Care has a dedicated, diverse staff comprising of management and support practitioners, all of whom are kind hearted and caring in their approach
They will all adhere to a set of duties set down by management within Heartly Care.
Listed below are a few:
Support Children & Young People in accessing and participating in community-based activities.
Undertaking supervised key worker duties with children, family and other key workers as appropriate.
Participating in the development, monitoring, and updating of Individual Support Plans for children
Attending and participating in reviews, conferences, staff and project meetings.
Assisting with the mental, emotional and social care of all children. Working as part of a team to provide a consistent, stimulating and caring environment for our children.
Complete all written information according to requirements in a manner which is both professional and accessible to colleagues and other professionals.
Appreciate, understand and have knowledge of different ethnic needs. Ensuring that those needs are met and encouraging children & young people to behave similarly.
